Project Information: The development of a 200 bed student accommodation scheme within a regeneration zone, close to Nottingham town centre.

The development features a central multi-level landscaped courtyard with various activity spaces for student use. Communal lounges and kitchens open onto the landscape courtyard. Other student facilities include a gymnasium, games room and theatre/cinema.

The study bedrooms are fully self contained with the inclusion of cooking facilities and a private bathroom.
