Project Information: Situated in the Hurley Village Conservation Area, the original unmodernised house with small rooms, sat within large grounds.

The opportunity existed to create a large ground floor extension that could integrate the grounds with the proposed new family areas. Through the complete remodelling internally and removal of ground floor internal walls, the full width ground floor extension opens to the rear gardens, creating family orientated open living areas to suit the family’s active outdoor lifestyle.

Due to a flood plain location, all construction was designed to provide maximum protection.
