Project: 14 Trevor Street, Knightsbridge, London SW7 Client: K10 Developments

Project Information: Complete refurbishment and additions to a Grade II listed terrace in Knightsbridge to create a four bedroom/three bathroom family home.

Development works included the lowering of the existing lower ground floor area and creating a new basement level under the rear garden area. The creation of a new external terrace area with walk-on glazing, providing natural light to the extended living area below within the basement.
