Project Information: The restoration and extension of a deep water frontage residential property on Sydney’s northern peninsula.

GMA Architecture's role was to work closely with the London based client to develop the design concept to instruct architects and interior designers in Sydney, and advising on design detailing.

The property was an unique opportunity to transform the original 1950’s house into a dramatic cliff face home through the introduction of large timber balconies at all levels, integrated into the existing trees that were a feature of the site. Internal rooms were opened up to take advantage of the open balconies and the magnificent water views.
