Project: Neighbourhood Resource Centres, Greenwich Client: The A.S.K. Consortium for the London Borough of Greenwich

Project Information: One of the three Neighbourhood Resource Centres for the Elderly for the London Borough of Greenwich , being a £18.0M PFI project.

Meadow House being one of three centres developed, consists of a day centre, 3 residential units providing a total of 41 bedrooms and an NHS nursing unit providing a further 18 bedrooms. The scheme has been designed specifically for residents with dementia. Staff and patients have been transferred from The Memorial Hospital, Shooters Hill to this NHS nursing care unit and the layout was designed in collaboration with the staff of the hospital.

The two other completed Neighbourhood Resource Centres are Time Court and Ash Green House.
