Borough of Greenwich. An £18m PFI project
completed in the summer of 2004.
Meadow House consists of a
day centre, 3 residential units
providing a total of 41 bedrooms and a NHS nursing unit providing a further 18
bedrooms. The scheme has been designed
specifically for residents with
dementia. |
